- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Train and develop agents to boost sales and performance.
- Set and monitor performance targets.
- Implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Maintain strong agent relationships and handle concerns.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience working in sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be local.
