Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-8 yrs)
- Candidates should have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing in any field
- Excellent customer service skills
- The capacity to handle a variety of tasks quickly
- Strong managerial abilities and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Role And Responsibilities :
- Follow up with Operations and Train the Lead Generators of Banks.
- Coordination between Bank and Company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
- To develop relationships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and aid in client acquisition.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to improve product pitches.
- Handling objections and complaints and promptly addressing them.
- Visits from potential customers to ascertain their financial needs
- Recognize the needs of the customer and offer sales and services
- Organization of the main business visit
- Improvement of the organizing's business growth through brand promotions.
- Continue to build relationships with your team and clients.
- Give your team training and encouragement.
- To confirm the use of digital networks by your team.
- You Will be in charge of marketing and team performance.
