Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action strategic plans to help the branch meet its growth and sales targets.
- Create and uphold solid connections with clients, brokers, and other insurance sector participants.
- Keep an eye on and analyse market trends, rivalry, and client needs to spot areas for development and improvement.
- Hire, develop, and oversee a team of sales experts to meet sales goals and provide superior customer service.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, operating processes, and legal requirements.
- Control spending and budgets to maximise revenue and output.
- Send senior management regular information on branch performance, sales activity, and market trends.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC - up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
