Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking an agency development manager to spearhead business development and manage client relationships. This role involves creating strategic business plans, identifying new opportunities, analyzing customer data for retention strategies, and enhancing the capabilities of our staff to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance the business development skills of regional and operational staff.
Requirements:
- Must be a local resident.
