Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- As an Agency Development Manager, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with agencies and driving their growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with agencies and provide them with the necessary support, resources, and guidance to maximize their performance and achieve their goals.
Agency Manager Responsibility :
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each agency, and tailor support and resources accordingly.
- Analyze agency performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical, marketing, and operational support to agencies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on agency performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and challenges.
Agency Manager Requirement :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
