Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop and manage the relationship between IMTD and internal and external partners
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing team members work
- As required, manage project teams and working groups; identify requirements, chair meetings, set objectives and goals and timetables
- Monitor and evaluate the quality, accuracy and outcome of work
- Plans, creates and conducts presentations to staff and partners for sales your target
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications and skills :
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and/or sales.
- Having best marketing knowledge
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
