- For India's leading firm, we are hiring a Senior Sales Manager with experience in marketing and sales.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Hire financial advisor from open market
- Create enduring connections with your customers.
- Selling a customer of the bank many financial goods.
- Meet with clients frequently.
- Customers should be educated and inspired about products.
- Establish sales targets and closely monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to drive business growth
Profile of the Ideal Candidate :
- Undergraduate degree in any field
- 2 to 4 years of sales and marketing experience
- With a minimum of one year of stability at the prior employers
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Outstanding Negotiation Skills
- Strong product sales experience
