Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- As an Agency Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and development for our agency partners
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting Agents & Advisors by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
