Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- The Agency Development Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a network of agencies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research, cold calling, and networking activities to build a pipeline of prospective agency partners.
- Identify and recruit potential agencies that align with the organization's objectives and target market.
- Act as the main point of contact and develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Provide comprehensive training and development programs to agency partners to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
