Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- As an Agency Development Specialist, your role will involve fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies, driving growth and revenue generation through effective collaboration and support.
Agency Manager Responsibility :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Track and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to agencies and collaborate on action plans to drive success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on agency performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and challenges.
Agency Manager Requirement :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
