Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (1-3 yrs)
As an Agency Development Specialist, your role is to drive growth and success for our agency partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and guidance to maximize their performance.
Agency Manager Responsibility :
- Actively seek out and recruit potential agencies to join the company's channel program.
- Evaluate their capabilities, market presence, and alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Set sales targets, review performance metrics, and provide guidance to improve sales performance and achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners. Regularly communicate with them to understand their needs, provide updates on product offerings, and address any issues or concerns.
Agency Manager Responsibility :
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Strong understanding of the advertising, marketing, or digital industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
