Agency Development Manager - Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for an Agency development Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and
- Ensuring staff do the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Qualification:
- Any graduate (Post graduate prefer)
- Age range: 22 to 38
- 2+ years proven experience in insurance sales
- Must be local candidate
