The key responsibility is to build a team who can work for freelancers and provide guidance on how to work
Work Roles :
Activate a team of a freelancer which are sales oriented post joining, you will undergo an intensive training program focused on the insurance industry, products, sales processes and agency channel management

Fixed salary : 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs+ monthly incentives
