Agency Development Manager - Life Insurance (1-2 yrs)

Shift Timings
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ( Day Shift )
Weekly Working Days:-6 Days
Note:2nd and 4th Saturdays are off
Salary Offered:-- 18.0 K to - 21.0 K (monthly) ,PF & ESIC Available.
Monthly Incentives + Quarterly Bonus. Total - 1.65 Lacs per Annum
Other Reimbursements:-
1) Total Coverage of Health Expenses (2 lacs per person) of employee and immediate family members. 2) Group Life Insurance - 10 Lacs per employee 3) Accident Cover - 10 Lacs per employee
Selection Criteria:-
1) Graduation degree mandatory
2) Experience of 1 yr as Sales / Business Development mandatory
3) 25 - 39 yrs can apply
4) must have Android Phone, Pan Card, Marksheets and Degree, Salary slips
5) Candidate should have stayed in Bengaluru for atleast 2 years.
6) Candidate must have a 12 months of field sales exp
7) Candidate should not be a frequent job hopper
Job Description:-
Agent Recruitment
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Agent Development
- Field demonstration (FOD- s)
- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
- Meet Business Targets
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc-
- Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
- Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
