Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Grow our sales team by finding, training, and managing new insurance agents. Help agents sell more insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new insurance agents.
- Train new agents on selling insurance.
- Manage and motivate insurance agents.
- Make sure agents follow company rules.
- Reach sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing insurance agents.
- Good at leading and talking to people.
- Knows a lot about insurance.
- Can reach sales targets.
- Any Graduates
- Candidate must have field job experience.
- Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
