Agency Development Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responaibilities:
We are looking for Agency development managers who is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for their organization.
- Evaluating the performance of current agencies and developing action plans to improve performance
- Reviewing market research data to identify opportunities for new business development or expansion of existing business relationships
- Working with management to develop strategies for hiring, training, and managing a staff of advertising professionals
- Identifying new business opportunities by creating presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Familiarity with the insurance industry
