The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for supporting and growing partnerships with agency teams in the life insurance industry. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing agent performance to foster growth and enhance productivity.

Main Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting new agents and oversee their onboarding process.
- Organize and provide ongoing training to agents.
- Monitor agent performance and take steps to improve efficiency and results.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Support the implementation of strategies for business growth and analyze industry trends.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or agency management, preferably within life insurance.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities
