Agency Development Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, recruiting, and managing insurance agents/agencies to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current agencies to maximize their performance and business outcomes.
- Provide continuous support, training, and guidance to agency partners. Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring agencies meet their targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve promotional efforts and agency engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- 2+ experience in sales or business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
