Agency Development Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Agency Development Manager to oversee the growth and development of our agency network within a designated region. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by managing and coaching a team of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agent recruitment and drive expansion within assigned regions.
- Ensure agents meet their sales targets and maintain high performance.
- Organize training programs to ensure agents have a comprehensive understanding of products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
