Job Roles and Duties:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Expanding business through the creation of new relationships and leads locating fresh business opportunities.
- Fostering commercial ties with clients, both present and future.
- Participating in networking events to draw and keep clients.
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to expand a business.

Candidates Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Experience: Mini. 1 + Years in Sales and Marketing in BFSI/Investment/Pharma/NBFC/Telecom etc.
Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
Ability to work well in a team environment
