Agency Development Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
We are in search of a proactive Agency Development Executive to propel life insurance sales through field operations and team enhancement. This position involves the recruitment, training, and supervision of a team of agents to fulfill sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Discover, onboard, and mentor insurance agents.
- Accelerate business growth by achieving both monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Provide agents with product insights and sales training to enhance their productivity.
- Motivate and assist agents in improving their performance and expanding their customer outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients through direct sales and referral strategies.
- Maintain solid relationships with agents and clients to ensure long-term success.
Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).
- Over 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 months in a management role in the insurance sector.
- Proficient in analytical thinking, communication, and leadership.
- Salary can reach up to 4 LPA, in addition to incentives and benefits.
- A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
