Job Description :
The Agency Development Executive will focus on expanding and developing the agency channel by recruiting and supporting new agents. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency, helping them meet their targets and ensuring continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve their targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
- Work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or agency development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for sales and team development.
