Agency Channel Sales Role - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Agency Channel Manager to join our organization.
Position : Agency Channel Sales
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Periodic Analysis of the performance, Counsel and Mentor performance, Conduct Fortnightly PRPs with the RA and ASMs and Facilitate performance management.
- Co-create and implement recognition platforms in order to build a capable and motivated team in the company resources.
- Daily updates in alignment with Branch of focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the Sectors.
- Handling Agency Partner and Agency Business module.
- Leading Agency Channel in all aspect of business and hiring.
- Ensure proper hiring and proper placement for open position.
- Handling monthly business target for Agency channel.
- Handling team building for Agency Channel.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum Education: Graduate
- Age not more then 40 years
- Work experience not less then 3 years in relevant field, & over all experience of 3-9 years.
- Understand Local Dialect
- Team Handling role
CTC : 3.00 To 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
