Key Responsibilities :

Agency Recruitment :


- Identify and recruit new agents and agencies to expand the distribution channel.

- Develop onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new partners.

Relationship Building :

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster loyalty and collaboration.

- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

Sales Strategy Implementation :

- Collaborate with agencies to develop tailored sales strategies and goals.

- Monitor agency sales performance, providing insights and guidance to help achieve targets.

Training and Development :

- Conduct training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Provide resources and tools to support agencies in their sales efforts.

Performance Monitoring :

- Track and analyze agency performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports on agency sales and activities, presenting findings to management.

Market Analysis :

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

- Conduct market research to identify potential new agency partnerships.
