Agency Channel Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Life Insurance is looking for dynamic individuals with sales and marketing experience to drive growth in the agency channel.
Role:
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, providing continuous guidance and support to meet sales targets.
- Recruit and train agents to ensure they meet Life Insurance's sales standards and performance goals.
- Promote and sell Life Insurance products, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Valid bike for fieldwork and travel.
