Agency Channel Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
The Agency Channel Manager oversees the recruitment, training, and performance of agents to drive sales growth, ensuring targets are met and compliance is maintained within the agency network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and foster continuous growth in agent performance.
- Set clear sales targets and implement effective strategies to achieve them.
- Oversee client interactions, resolve concerns, and uphold high service standards.
- Lead marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Ensure all operations comply with both company policies and industry regulations.
- Regularly evaluate agent performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
- Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and drive business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
