Agency Channel Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
As an Agency Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our organization through our network of agencies.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agencies that align with our business goals and values.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to agencies to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Foster a strong partnership culture with agencies, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Set clear performance targets and expectations for agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance against established metrics.
- Provide feedback and guidance to agencies to help them improve their results.
Required :
- 2+ years in sales management, Field sales, Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Must be local candidate
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and sales skills.
