Agency Channel Manager - Insurance Industry (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Channel Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product adoption
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities and team-building experience
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus
