Agency Channel Manager - Insurance (2-11 yrs)
The Agency Channel Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with agency partners to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel strategies to expand agency partnerships.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new agency partners.
- Collaborate with agencies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide training, resources, and support to agency partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
Age Criteria:21 to 38.
