Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for business development & sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products.
- Recruitment and Training of agents for promotion of health insurance and wellness products.
- Acquire corporate clients and ensure closure of deals related to Health Insurance and Wellness requirements.
- Creation of database and list of appointment of agents with customers
- Provide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients regarding their Health Plan requirements and existing portfolios
- To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting and product teams of Health Insurance companies
- To assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the location
- To service existing Corporate & SME clients
