Agency Business Partner - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

Manages relationships with agencies to help businesses achieve their goals. This can include generating leads, closing deals, and implementing marketing strategies.

- Channel: Agency Business Partner

- Pay Roll: On Roll

- Experience: Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing

- CTC: Up to -5- L/A + Incentive + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities :

- Relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and their leadership

- Business development: Identify growth opportunities and negotiate agreements with agencies

- Marketing: Implement marketing strategies and ensure their successful execution

- Revenue: Deliver revenue across an allocated agency portfolio

- Client communication: Communicate with agencies and clients to ensure a good customer experience

- Training: Educate agencies on how a company's products and services can help their clients

- Tracking: Track revenue performance and take action based on results

Skills and Qualification:

1. bachelor's degree preferable

2. Required minimum 2 years of experience in field sale

3. excellent communication and negotiation

4. strong leadership ,coaching and monitoring skills

5. Handling a team members and achieve the target with the help of your team members
