Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted business goals

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of highly skilled agents to ensure optimum performance

- Provide guidance and support to agents in achieving their sales targets and maintaining customer relationships

- Plan and conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance the productivity of the team

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners

- Collect and analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures

- Prepare and present timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management

- Continuously strive to improve and innovate the sales process to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability
