Agency Business Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Duties :
- Establish strong client relationships and understand their insurance needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Provide customized insurance advice and counseling to clients.
- Evaluate claims and facilitate settlements to ensure clients receive maximum coverage.
- Continuously seek new business opportunities and build client relationships through networking and referrals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding policy changes or renewals.
- Keep accurate records of clients' policies, claims, and payments.
