Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails
- Ensuring all content is up to date, products and prices on the sites are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times,.
- Should be able maintain company's facebook page promotion along with conversing and finding potential customers.
- Selling of our products online through online marketing portals
- Order management & Coordination with third party portals for shipping, return, payments, etc Job brief:.
- Manage the entire inventory records, and order fulfillment process, accuracy in cataloguing, product content writing, editing and right groupings, set up key words, expert in templates of various portals.
- Must have experience in web hosting.
