Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Tele calling potential customers and also making industry visits to build a strong network of professionals.
- Showing sample flat and explaining all the features.
- Helping in housing loan processing and agreement registration.
- Any other task assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Perusing prospect and convince them to book a flat in assigned project.
- Developing rapport with client to generate referral business.
- Helping marketing team in distribution of leaflets and flyers, erection of hoardings, banners, posters, standees at prominent locations for maximum visibility.
Key Competencies :
Go getter with attention to details and commitment to work. Excellent verbal and writtencommunications skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Know how to drive two wheeler.
