Again - Sales Officer (2-5 yrs)
The right candidate with required expertise would be designated as ASM(Area Sales Manager) and it's not necessarily required to carry ASM (Area Sales Manager) experience background.
Primary roles & responsibilities:
- Perform monthly delivery of the sales primary and tertiary for the major accounts (target will be on primary but needs to keep track and drive tertiary).
- Motivate sales teams (promoters) in the area: recruit, develop, and ensure the development of their expertise and know-how.
- Coordination of the sales with the distributor.
- Maintain close cooperation with the retail partners and also with the store managers.
- Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key clients.
- Support the modern trade in store execution in line with the guidance given.

Experience Background: Minimum 2 years from FMCG background is preferred
