AG Sweets - Executive - Field Sales (2-6 yrs)
About the Role
We are a brand of packaged single-serve Indian sweets like chiqqi, laddu, petha and more. Our products are focussed currently on premium General Trade for the inr20 and above products. The inr5 products are sold at paanwallahs, while seprate non-sweet products may be launched for chaiwallahs.
The job is located in South Mumbai (Matunga/Mahim to Fort/Colaba/Nariman Point), and has 2 core responsibilities:
1. Visibility, Placement, Replenishment Order and Billing of Products in premium GT
2. In the beginning, Increase Store count in South Mumbai
Sales Development :
[1] Visiting the Point of Sales within the defined area and verifying that products are available and properly placed, that prices are visible, that advertising materials are in the right place, at the right time and in the correct quantity
[2] Taking orders in quantity and assortment necessary for targeted visibility and ensuring stock in the Point of Sales
Communication :
l[1] Engaging clients in Category Management discussions and improvement projects
[2] Reporting and communicating store activity evolution
Planning & Reporting :
Reporting the performance of trade field activities and the accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail price trends and monitoring performance
