After Sales Support Role - Post Sales Support Role (1-3 yrs)
1. To support and co-ordinate the post-sales process, upon receipt of customer PO.
2. Focusing right from initial stages of Quotation, OC creation, Payment follow-up until closure of Billing & Dispatch and achieve the monthly target.
3. To ensure business-friendly relationship with Internal customers (Sales Team) and our authorized Dealers.
Outcomes:
- Providing after-sales support to Clients/Dealers/Sales Managers.
- Creating the Quotation (for direct clients) and follow up with client until enquiry converted to order.
- For orders received by Sales Team, to ensure smooth processing of PO and converting to OC within 48 hrs.
- OC needs to be automated and confirmation to be received from client.
- Co-ordinating with other departments for processing any OC and requirement of any relevant documents to justify the product specs.
- All OC's raised to be shared with Client/Dealer with a copy to the respective Sales person.
- Every OC to be added into production schedule based on the Client/Dealer payment terms and follow up with CDBPT for all orders to ensure it is intact with the client required delivery dates.
- Follow-up Payments of Full OC ready or partial ready orders and plan Billing & Dispatch accordingly with HOD.
- Must track all orders executed and update frequently to the respective sales person, if any change or delay in delivery schedule.
- Sales tracker to be updated on daily basis and weekly/monthly reports to be shared to HOD.
