Role Summary :


We are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Support Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our liquid packaging machines post-sales, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing issues related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of liquid packaging machines.

- FAT

- Customer Training: Train clients on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of the machines, enhancing their understanding and maximizing equipment efficiency.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed service reports, document issues and resolutions, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

- Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product development team to drive continuous improvement in machine design and functionality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales support, maintenance, or a similar role within the packaging or manufacturing industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly in the context of packaging machinery.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to mechanical systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

- Need to travel as required to client sites
