After Sales Service Role - International Vertical - Heavy Machinery (3-8 yrs)
Candidates will be deputed to International Locations of the company. Its a permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for after-sales service technical support of products sold in overseas, eliminating and resolving complaints from international customers and overseas regions, and supporting the service capacity building of overseas regions.
1. Responsible for the technical support of after-sales Service of Port equipments.
2. Responsible for the assembly & commissioning, pre-acceptance, on-site service training of new machines, and the preparation of fault cases.
3. Provide training for agents and customer, and guide customers in proper operation and regular maintenance.
4. Responsible for repair and replacement of parts and claims during the warranty period; responsible for the remaining problems, execution of technical modification, and collection of product improvement opinions.
5. Guide dealer and customers to make parts procurement plan, complete parts sales tasks; provide pre-sales technical support for marketing.
Required Candidate profile :
- Relevant industry work experience for more than 3 years, with good
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic, and troubleshooting capability. Responsible and hard working, good communication and coordination skills; those who could make training materials and give training is preferred; those who have overseas work experience or multiple product service capabilities are preferred.
