- Educational technology is seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to support students in achieving their educational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Provide academic guidance and support to students on course selection, academic planning, and career goals.
- Assist students in understanding academic policies, procedures, and graduation requirements.
- Counseling working or non-working professionals/student as per requirement of online course.
- Calling on a lead provided by a company
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address academic challenges and develop personalized strategies for success.
- Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary to ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Counsel student in developing a specific academic programmed include choice of major and course selection also beating up monthly target by enrolling them in a required university
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree
- Proven experience in academic advising or counseling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be a good listener
