Affordplan - Manager - Activation & BTL Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Job Description: Manager Activation & BTL (Cluster and Locality Marketing)
- Plan, rollout & track all Customer Activation Programs nationally
- Drive Hospital & Doctor Engagement Initiatives as part of lifecycle management of Network Hospitals & Doctors
- Explore Alliances/Tie ups at national level & guide Regional Mktg Teams for local tie ups
- Create Quarterly & Monthly Activation Calendar as an SOP
- Analyse activation data on customer groups & Doctors on Key drivers, triggers and barriers, need gaps & profiling
- Guide and assist the Regional Marketing Teams for smooth implementation of all Awareness & Demand Generation activities
Key Performance Indicator :
- Activations Planned Vs Execution, No. of footfalls, customer contacts & leads generated/activity
- No of Concepts Generated, no of Initiatives rolled out and feedback received
- No of tie-ups generated & output generated (Contacts & leads)
- Timely Plans/Report sharing as per defined periodicity
- Innovations resulting in higher impact of Activations and Doctor & Hospital Engagement
- Execution quality across zones and feedback
Required Experience :
- 5-7 yrs (MBA), min 3-4 years into Customer/Brand Activations at National/ Regional level with exposure to planning
- Preferred industry - FMCG/Alcobev/Telecom/Durables
