AffordPlan - Head - Sales (6-10 yrs)
Objective :
- Responsible for leading sales force and customer relationship management in the hospital premises.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead, nurture, train, motivate sales force for ensuring organizational targets
- Plan Sales targets and ensure that the same is achieved with the team
- Develop new categories with different specialties within the healthcare domain
- Support City head with data analysis on leads and conversion
- Ensure that the Sales team follows the processes for data collection and compliance.
- Ensure that lead to conversion ratio is maintained in the sales funnel of all the healthcare partners institutions
- Plan and conduct various sales training for the sales force to ensure that the entire team is on the same page for pitches in different
- Provide inputs to the City head for various account management related issues at hospitals and ensure smooth coordination between hospitals partners and Sales team
- Conduct training/presentation/demo of product to employees (medical and non-medical staff) of enrolled hospitals
- Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, finance department, estimate departments and all other linked departments in the healthcare institution
- Ensure that the customers with completed plans get timely treatment from the healthcare service providers
- Manage CRM function at the hospital, take feedback of the services and resolve customer issues, if any
- Manage relationship with hospitals and ensure targets related to plans placed are met; upkeep service delivery standards

- MBA with at least 6-10 years of work experience in direct sales, Insurance sales and sales of financial services
- Experience in managing healthcare institutes/sales will be given preference
