Job Description :
- Manage Affordplan business on daily basis by visiting Hospitals / Centers in set existing relationships (within a defined territory) by meeting all concerned personnel
- Build & Maintain excellent relationship with all concerned personnel and facilitate resolution of all service related matters at the assigned Hospitals / Centers
- Tracking of Leads with support from Operations / Field team members and ensuring swift conversion into plan subscription.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Preparing/collating weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the relationships / leads for submission to concerned personnel.
- Regular tracking of pending documents and ensuring completion.
- Collaborate with team & internal stakeholders to achieve better results
- Review / Analysis daily sales & Collection performance of the territory and reports with sales and financial data
- Motivating Team members for meeting targets and maintaining service standards.
The Person :
- MBA with at least 4-6 years of prior experience in driving sales in B2B / B2C segment.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable representing Affordplan in various events.
