Affiliate Marketing Role (0-5 yrs)
- Manage all affiliate and key partner relationships within the business and deliver recruitment and revenue targets.
- Researching potential affiliate partners and reaching out to establish relationships
- Understanding of SEO and basic ecomm marketing strategy
- Developing promotions, email campaigns, and other assets to equip affiliates to best promote our products
- Closely monitoring affiliate channel performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Manage payouts and irregular patterns on performance and commission payout
- Manage commercial agreements in terms of commission models, short and long term.
- Incentive plans to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution
- Be close to the numbers with a clear understanding of costs and ROI- lead and develop management reporting to promote affiliates within the business.
- Document the affiliate growth strategy and regularly attend senior management meetings to present on targets and progress
- Day to day management of affiliate executives to support and oversee core tasks and delivery and actively leading, building and managing the Affiliate Team.
- Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions and materials
- Close cooperation with the Marketing Management and Creative & Brand teams to ensure all campaigns and creatives are launched in the affiliate channel in the best way possible.
- Monthly budget management for the affiliate channel
- Identifying and implementing other and new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
- Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
- Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner
- Driving the strategy for the Affiliate program and ensuring that it's in-line with business objectives.
