Affiliate Marketer - Media (3-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create and Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues

- Negotiate commercial deals and onboard new affiliates

- Explore strategic marketing partnerships & alliances to drive relevant traffic

- Regular monitoring & analysis of the campaign performance at an Affiliate network/publisher level

- Build and scale business through affiliates (affiliate networks, direct publishers etc.)

- Find new top level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic and stimulate relationships with existing affiliates

- Monitor affiliate activity analyze performance

- Monthly validation and pay-out management

- Identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues

- Communicate with affiliates on a regular basis via email and phone for exclusive offers and design special campaigns for maximizing results

- Monitor changes of terms commissions offers and updates from affiliate networks and partners

- Analyze affiliate performance and develop key metrics and report back to senior management on performance

Requirements:

- 3+ Yrs of Experience in Affiliate Marketing

- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

- Google Analytics & Mobile Attribution Platform Knowledge

- Strong analytical skills

- Great excel knowledge

- Self-starter
