Affiliate Campaign Manager - Advertising Firm (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to advertiser team
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
- Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly an annual goals for revenue growth
Key Skills/Experience:
- An in-depth knowledge of the India and international affiliates markets
- A minimum of Two/Three years of experience in an affiliates role
- Strong team management and partnership management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- Highly numerate
- A good understanding of tracking technology
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
