Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.

- Create engaging and creative content (text, image, and video) for our social media platforms.

- Designing Social Media collaterals using tools like Canva etc.

- Manage and oversee social media content.

- Measure the success of every social media campaign.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams.

- Good Knowledge of SEO & should be able to implement

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.

- Regularly provide feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring to the marketing team.

- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.

- Analyze, social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces plus Google Analytics
