We are hiring for Business Development Manager position for our Field Sales Organization located at NOIDA. We are looking for salesperson with experience in selling solutions and/or consulting services to the supply chain functions of the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our total service portfolio and will have strong expertise in new business sales, account management and account planning.

Responsibilities :
- Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned. Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.
- Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Aetos-Digilog products and services perspective. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business.
- Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline
- Maintain forecast accuracy
- Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the supply chain business issues
- Flawless execution on Aetos-Digilog sales processes and methodologies
- Maintain industry, role and competitive knowledge
- Take ownership of your own professional development
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of proven consultative B2B sales experience in the SCM Technology/Digital Transformation space
- MBA or Post-grad in Sales/Marketing or Supply Chain and Operations
- Consistently overachieved sales targets
- Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
- Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
- Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
