Job Description:

As the CRM Specialist at Aerolume, a Copiam Ventures vertical, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer relationship management, from service delivery to feedback collection and payment follow-up. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service to Customers:

- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of customer issues.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the company.

2. Feedback to HR:

- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our products and services.

- Communicate customer feedback to the other department to inform training, process improvements, and product development initiatives.

- Collaborate with teams to implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Following Up for Payments:

- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.

- Provide regular updates on payment status to other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
